Community Healthcare Network Wellness Program

Community Healthcare Network’s Catherine M. Abate Health Center at 150 Essex Street offers a wellness program that includes free yoga classes, meditation classes, and yoga classes to all who are enrolled as patients at the health center. The clinic accepts most forms of insurance (including Medicaid and Medicare).

The health center also offers free therapy and nutritional counseling services to patients.
